Delivery of a base building upgrade and full fitout for a two-level Japanese dining concept by Lucas Collective, set within a historic CBD building.
This project combined heritage sensitivity with contemporary design, transforming an iconic older building into a dynamic hospitality destination. Our role encompassed managing the upgrade works and coordinating the fitout to achieve a seamless integration of modern functionality within a character-rich setting.
