A vibrant plaza and meeting of hotel and commercial spaces. Its a challenging project due to its many stakeholders in a live building environment.

Located at the eastern end of Melbourne’s CBD, Collins Place is home to Melbourne’s iconic office towers of 35 and 55 Collins Street and is complemented by a unique complex that includes the Sofitel Melbourne, professional suites and a vibrant retail plaza.

Situated on Collins Street between Spring Street and Exhibition Street it provides convenient access to transport, surrounding businesses and the heart of the restaurant district.

Armitage Jones managed close co-ordination with tenant fitout works and all tenant lease requirements. A key component of the lobby upgrade works was working within a live environment in the management of stakeholder communication.
