We are privileged to have been part of this project team that has delivered a striking architectural statement on the Melbourne skyline and seen the transformation of the precinct around the Wesley Church.
Rising above a green landscaped public realm, we have, with Charter Hall, created a premium office space with 3 level of basement carpark, 2,000sqm retail and 55,000 m2 office space across 35 levels and four skyrise terraces.
Including the restoration of the Wesley Church, The Manse, The Caretaker’s Cottage, The School House and Nicholas Hall.
