This is our first project working the team at Perri Projects and Pellicano Group and its exciting to be working on such a visionary project in one of Melbourne’s oldest areas of the CBD.
Bennett’s Lane is a new commercial and hospitality precinct at the eastern end of Melbourne CBD. It will deliver a 12,000 sqm A-grade commercial office tower over 20 levels, with generous outdoor terraces at each level.
Designed by FJC Studio, the building will include first class end of trip facilities, various ground floor retail offerings and short-stay accommodation suites.
