Assemble continues to introduce innovative ways to make housing more accessible for Victorians.
Armitage Jones is engaged for project management and superintendent services for a mixed-use residential development in Coburg, spearheaded by Assemble Communities. This project transforms a parcel of land along Sydney Road, just north of the Bell Street intersection, into a vibrant and contemporary residential and community complex.
The design encompasses a total of 340 apartments distributed across the two towers, complemented by commercial tenancies along Sydney Road that enhances the street’s vibrancy and accessibility.
