This project represents a significant step toward enhancing urban living, fostering community engagement, we are excited to be a part of it.
The project’s aim is to establish a new exemplary building for mixed use multi-residential accommodation within the Footscray Metropolitan Activity Centre (FMAC).
JCB Architects’ design ensures efficiency, privacy, and optimal light and views for residents. The development has over 460 apartments across 5 buildings and a key pedestrian link provides a thoroughfare between the Maribyrnong River, the site and the Footscray Activity Centre.
