This is our second collaboration with the team at Levande, and we’re proud to help redefine what independent living looks like for Australian seniors.
Armitage Jones is project managing the development of Levande’s Oak Grange Retirement Village in East Brighton. As part of a significant redevelopment, our team is working on amending the existing permit to expand the Oak Grange community from 110 to 210 independent living units. Featuring luxurious clubhouse amenities, hotel-like services, and a central courtyard garden, the village promises a premium lifestyle.
